RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Manager of SM City Taytay will administer the implementation of all areas in Human Resources in the mall, including performance management and appraisals, employee training and development, timekeeping and compensation management, and recruiting.

REQUIREMENTS:
* To qualify for this position the candidate must possess the following competencies:

 
* Managerial exposure to a full spectrum in Human Resources Management with two to four years Human Resource Manager role preferably in companies which adhere to a high hiring standard that equals SM Supermalls, and mentors their employees to accept greater challenges.

 
* Human Resource experience must include specific recruiting and employment experiences.

 
* Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related course. Must possess adequate knowledge of labor laws; with superior organizational, communications, consultation and teamwork skills; highly analytical, dynamic; and with proven leadership abilities.
