Warehouse Supervisor - Prime/Non-Prime Products

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the proper custodianship, monitoring, controlling, reporting and recording of all non-prime products and scraps.
* Monitors generation and inventory movement of non-prime and scraps.
* Ensures proper and complete records/documents in receiving, storing and issuing of non-prime stocks and scraps to effectively monitor movements of inventory.
* Ensures that all transactions involving the flow of non-prime and scraps are closely monitored and coordinated to concerned departments.
* Analyzes defects of non-prime stocks and coordinates regarding segregation and reclassification if needed.
* Coordinates on all segregation activities of non-prime products (finished goods returned, on-line downgrades and holds). Ensures that results are properly reported and documented.
* Strictly observes all established systems and procedures intended for receiving and issuance of non-prime stocks and scraps. Recommends improvements if needed.
* Coordinates with Sales-Makati on the sales of non-prime stocks and with By-Products Department on the sales of scraps.
* Conducts regular review on warehouse area for space planning on storage of non-prime stock and scraps.
* Prepares daily non-prime and scrap status/movement reports and distributes to concerned departments.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechnical, Chemical or Metallurgical
* Preferably with Professional License
* Must have 3 to 5 years relevant exposure in quality assurance and warehousing activities.
* Good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal relationship, very keen on details, computer literate.

Network Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide daily support, maintenance and administration for the company’s network infrastructure equipment and all related network engineering systems, in a manner that minimizes office and business interruptions.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Provide support coverage for multiple locations during designated shifts including night shift and be on-call during remaining shifts as needed.
Complete all requests for adds, moves and changes on network systems in a timely manor including but not limited to Routers, Switches, Firewalls, T-1s, IOS configurations, VOIP, QOS, Network Security and overall network health and protection.
Complete and maintain monthly backups for all network infrastructure equipment/ systems.
Configure circuits and equipment as needed.
Create, Maintain, and Report on the overall network health. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution, monitoring and retention of all network bandwidth and capacity records.
Design, install and repair station cabling/jacks as needed (servers, desktops, routers, switches, networks etc.)
Schedule necessary repairs with network infrastructure vendors, as needed insuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manor.
Responsible for installation, setup, roll-out, and maintenance of PeopleSupport’s network infrastructure.
Perform other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering or Technical Certification in administering Microsoft Windows environment or equivalent experience.
CCIE, CCNA or equivalent certification.


Experience:

4+ years experience with Cisco Equipment – hands-on administration experience with high end Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
Proven ability to engineer local and wide-area networks from the ground up.

Knowledge:

Must possess in-depth knowledge of the following:

§ Cisco routers, switches and firewalls from both an operational and design perspective.

§ LAN/WAN design and implementation from an NT perspective.

§ LAN/WAN design and implementation from a physical perspective.

§ WAN design and implementation from a routing perspective.

§ WAN design and implementation from a physical perspective.

§ High Availability technologies (Application Switches, Clustering).

§ Internet technologies (HTTP, HTTPS, Secure Certificates).

§ Intimate knowledge of VPN technologies.


Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Accurate and prompt handling of telecom administration work and solving of related problems.
