* Fully accountable for the performance of call center supervisors in meeting all major key performance indicators as well as producing and meeting production service levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Over 3 years Call Center experience - Customer Service, preferrably in a Financial Industry
* College graudate of any course
* At least 1 year managerial experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
