* Administer written and online tests.
* Prepare contracts and ensure that contract details are accurate and valid
* Conduct job offer presentation as a means of selling in the recruitment process
* Conduct pre-employment requirement orientation and issue forms for processing
* Ensure 100% collection of pre-employment requirements within a given period
* Meet site agent hiring requirements by ensuring by ensuring 100% conversion of near-hires to confirmed hires.
* Call near-hire candidates for test schedules and for follow-up of pre-employment requirements
* Review, organize and file documents of near-hire and newly hired agents
* Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database
* Generate regular process reports and consolidate data of confirmed hires.
* Coordinate with Training, HR and other units for calibration and to ensure that process SLAs are met.
* Coordinate with other recruitment sites for calibration, process updates and information cascades
* Monitor sufficient supply of updated forms and coordinate with vendors for back-office resources or needs
* Provide assistance in managing in-house and off-site recruiting activities
* Provide general back-office support to all operational sites and the HR department.
REQUIREMENTS:
* With at least two (2) years work experience from any industry doing general administrative work.
* Willing to work extended or shifting hours and on weekends (if needed)
* Must be comfortable talking with people 8 hours a day either through the phone or face to face
* Skills:
* Average to above average communication skills
* Proficient with computer applications: MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Able to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions
* Planning and organizing skills
* Good probing skills and superior listening skills
