Responsibilities:
* In-charge of all booking processes of outbound cargoes, call reporting requirement for all incoming shipments and consolidation, monitoring, and preparation accurate & timely reports & presentation materials
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must be computer proficient
* Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
* Experience in a call center is an advantage.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
