Finance And Administration Manager
(National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the overall management, direction and control of the company’s financial and administrative operations. These include all accounting, financial analyses and reporting, overseeing inventory management, safeguarding assets and resources, human resources and office operations.
* Financial management includes responsibilities such as financing, budgeting, financial planning, controlling, forecasting, profitability analysis, tax administration and treasury functions.
* Administration and human resources functions such as compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, payroll administration among others.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be female, not more than 35 years old, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* Certified Public Accountant, with at least 5 years work experience in an Assistant Managerial/Managerial level
* Experience in overall administration of various departments (Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing)
* Courteous, intelligent, and able to develop rapport with all levels of management in a multicultural environment
* Excellent telephone conversational skills
* Exceptionally fluent in written and spoken English
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a multicultural team environment
* Can perform process development, re-engineering and systems improvement
