Responsibilities:

• Assist customers from different countries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide measures or resolutions for future technical problems.

Requirement:

• Completed at least 2 years in college, vocational course or associate degree.
• Average to excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Organized, methodical and eager to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Amenable to work on rotating schedules, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications, internet and troubleshooting.
• Willing to start this DECEMBER.
• Willing to be assigned in Call Centers located in Makati, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Commonwealth, Alabang, Pasay or Sucat.
• Full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE and TECHNICAL SUPPORT Representative positions available.
